![]() ![]() Implementation and performance: (i) CytoNCA supports eight different centrality measures and each can be applied to both weighted and unweighted biological networks. In the case of createNetworkFromDataFrames, two dataframes are accepted as arguments, one for nodes and one for edges. Here we present CytoNCA, a Cytoscape plugin integrating calculation, evaluation and visualization analysis for multiple centrality measures. Likewise, igraph and graphNEL objects can be created from networks ( create * FromNetwork), and dataframes from node and edge tables in Cytoscape ( getTableColumns). RC圓 can create networks in Cytoscape from either igraph, graphNEL or dataframe objects ( createNetworkFrom *).
